He joined countless workshops, trainings and festivals in Europe and is mainly influenced by Jörg Hassmann, Angela Dony, Martin Keogh, Ray Chung, Alitop Alessi and Eszter Gàl.
He ist especially interested in the question, how people without a specialised dance background can find an easy, effortless and playful way into a physical improvisation. workshop documentation: www.dancedancedance.de

It is my main issue to let people getting easily into contact improvisation, even when they are not physical trained and experienced in body work.
Therefore I support especially the organisation of classes, jams and workshops in areas without a developed "contact-scene" and I want to make it tempting for people to come,

For some time, i am interested in, how the focus on space and group in addition to the classic elements of Contact Improvisation ( own body perception and pulse shaping with a dance partner ) can achieve a greater interest and ultimately greater pleasure for all in a jam.

A jam as a group improvisation, sometimes consciously, sometimes intuitively designed, similar to an orchestra piece or a choral song, only without prior and authoritär based agreements.

Therefor we develop an inner choreographer and understand our own motions as information for the whole group and in relation to the whole room.

EveryBODY is invited - whether you are an advanced dancer or a curious beginner.
For me contactimprovisation is a contemporary danceform, generated in the 70s as a movement research to discover the opportunities of abstract movements and physical communication between two or more bodies, without gender roles or hirarchic attitudes.
Every body is dancing and is able to meet for a "talk" with an other body.
Therefore we need all those abilities that are helpfull in a conventional talk as well:
Attention, awareness, simplicity, clarity, mutual interest, and a minimum of a shared language.
In the first hours we will collect a "technical vacabulary" and come into motion. We will understand and grasp the main principles of contactimprovisation and we will become familiar with our individual abilities.
Don´t worry: you do not need a trained or even muscular body.
The second part is more about improvisation, intuition, choices in dance:
What is interesting for me in my motion?, What happens in this moment?
Do I follow an inner or external impulse? Can I include the whole space?

Bring kneepads if you have those, comfortable clothes (without zip), long-sleeved T-shirts and a water bottle as well.
